Hello EnjoyTheFI member! Please fill out this maintenance request form to submit a ticket to our maintenance team. 

Please be reminded that non emergencies can take 2-3 weeks to complete. For emergency-related issues such as heat, fire, or water ONLY please text our maintenance team at (303) 667-2689. Please include your name, address and issue. If it is not an emergency please do not text. 

Please note: We do not accept maintenance requests through text or call unless they are emergencies. Once you have submitted your request there is no need to call or text. It has been added to maintenance list and we will let you know when they will be out to fix. Thank you!
